00:00Probably wait times to be honest, because I mean, oh yeah, it's difficult to, it's sometimes difficult to like pick up the phone and stuff, but I think once you do that, then there's loads of barriers as well, like loads of systemic problems just like with getting through to a GP or, you know, actually seeing a doctor is so difficult. I think that kind of, I mean, I think that's probably the main barrier to everyone as well, not just like not gendered or anything.
00:23Oh, they don't like talking about themselves. Well, they do like talking about themselves, but yeah, and I've noticed that. Well, they're frightened, they put it off, they're not very good at multitasking, that kind of stuff.
00:37I can see that access to doctors, to GPs was amazing when I arrived in Bristol. I used to live 20 years in London. When I came to Bristol, I was amazed of how efficient the GP system was, and now it's not, and I'm not blaming the GP.
00:50So I think that the same way that we are talking before about the price of life, the cost of living, it happens also when it comes to, to going to the local GPs.
