Would you pay a tourist tax to help local areas? What would you want that money to be
00:06
spent on if you did pay it? I would be happy to pay it, to be fair. I think it's only right
00:11
you're going in and using the resources, so that's not a problem. In terms of it being
00:15
spent on, just whatever, you know, that local area needs. Would you pay a tourist tax to
00:21
help your local area? It depends how much it is. Like, maybe if I have enough money I'm
00:30
happy to help and give back, but you know. Yeah, yeah definitely. I'm off to Marseille
00:35
tomorrow on holiday and I know at Barcelona I have, yeah, Barcelona have a lot of things
00:39
with like anti-tourist stuff, Venice at the minute are very, you know, and I think because
00:44
of, you know, Airbnbs being so popular and you do get gentrification and pricing out
00:52
local people, I think if you're willing, if you've got the money to go on holiday there,
00:56
paying a tourist tax is not, if that pleases the locals and helps them out, I think it's
00:59
a good idea.
