00:18questioned the distribution of such permits, indicating government's intention to streamline
00:24the criteria and the process for acquisition. The Ministry today said this is intended to
00:30enhance the transparency, compliance and overall efficiency of the PBR permit system.
00:37Holders are advised to return their PBR letter permits to the Ministry of Transport and Civil
00:42Aviation in person or via a recognized courier. It also advised those desirous of acquiring a PBR
00:49letter permit to submit a new application through the updated process.
