Amid a viral video controversy, BJP's Gonda district president Amar Kishore, also known as Bam Bam, has responded to the footage showing him in a close embrace with a woman at the party office. The incident, recorded at 9:39 PM, shows him supporting a woman who appeared unwell, and later taking her upstairs. The video has sparked speculation and public debate.

In his statement, Amar Kishore said:
"We received a call from an active female worker that she was unwell. We went to pick her up in a car. She wanted to rest for 2–4 hours, so we brought her to the office. We gave her support as she was feeling dizzy."
