00:00I'm always looking for more ways to add extra protein to my mornings and I love quiche,
00:04so why not make a ham crust for my mini quiches?
00:07Into a sprayed muffin tin, just press sliced ham into each section.
00:11It's really that simple for a crispy outer shell for your quiches.
00:14For the filling, I'm adding chopped tomatoes, green onions and basil,
00:17but you can add literally any veggies or flavorings you like.
00:20Then just fill each ham cup with the beaten eggs and bake until set.
00:24These make-ahead mini quiches are bite-sized,
00:27cheesy and ensure I have a high-protein tasty breakfast without even leaving my PJs.
00:31Your leftovers can be refrigerated or frozen for an easy breakfast later in the week,
