00:00Well, as we approach VE Day, we remember those people who gave their lives for our freedom.

00:1680 years ago, World War II came to an end.

00:20Victory in Europe, a massive occasion, and we should never, ever forget it,

00:25and forget those people who gave so much for our freedoms.

00:28People across the country will be out celebrating this important day.

00:34Many events are being held across the county.

00:37I will be attending as many of those as I can,

00:40because we should never, ever forget those people who went before us and gave so much for us.
