00:00Under the Conservatives, the UK economy was leading the G7.
00:04Growth was strong, inflation was under control, and more people were in work than ever.
00:08But under Labour, things look very different.
00:11Growth has stalled, inflation is creeping up, and unemployment is rising.
00:15Before the last election, Rishi Sunak warned about Labour's plans for higher taxes.

00:22The Chancellor's refusal to rule out tax hikes last week has already shaken the markets.
00:27£22 billion was wiped off the FTSE in minutes.

01:03In Wales, we'd scrap the land transaction tax and cut income tax by a penny,
01:07putting money back in your pocket and giving our economy the kickstart it needs.
01:13Wales and the UK work best when governments live within their means,
01:18support businesses and reward hard work.
01:21That's the choice we face.
01:22More broken promises, an economic decline with Labour,
01:26or a fresh start with a Welsh Conservative government that puts people first.
