00:00Last week, the Chancellor delivered her second budget. The build-up was chaotic, leaving families
00:11and businesses across Wales worried about what was coming next. It's no surprise really.
00:16Labour came into office without a clear plan and now we're seeing knee-jerk policies that
00:21ignore the real priorities of our communities. This isn't a budget for growth. It's a budget
00:26designed to buy more time for a Chancellor and a Prime Minister who are running out of
00:31time and political capital. Growth isn't just a slogan. It requires low taxes, high employment
00:38and policies that support our communities. But under Labour, we've seen taxes on family
00:43farms, higher national insurance and now a raid on pensions and savings. What Wales needs
00:50is a government willing to cut taxes, control welfare and tackle rising unemployment.

01:02feed our government in time and figure out the sector, that I think proposes to make
