00:05Across the O'Neill and Bevan University Health Board people feel the pressure on our NHS every
00:11day with longer waits, stretched GP services and a system reacting too late instead of preventing
00:16illness early. Our primary care staff are doing incredible work but they're under immense strain
00:22and patients feel it first. That's why prevention must be at the heart of our health service by
00:28strengthening GPs, community nurses and local pharmacies we can keep people well, reduce
00:34hospital pressure and deliver better outcomes for every community. The Welsh Conservatives have a
00:39clear plan to rebuild our NHS starting with strong well-resourced primary care. Prevention isn't a
00:46luxury it's an essential for a sustainable health service.
