00:11Prime Minister Ishiba went to Vietnam as part of a four-day trip, which also includes the Philippines.

00:17As of now, Japan and Vietnam signed four agreements, which includes the research and development

00:22of microchips and bilateral cooperation in energy transition.

00:27Japan also supported the training of 250 doctorate students in the semiconductor industry.
