00:08The newly turned over Senate Mobile Clinic is equipped with an x-ray machine, blood testing facilities and laboratory diagnostic tools and on-site medical screening.
00:17This is designed to function as fully operational medical unit on wheels which will be deployed to underserved areas or areas with limited access to health care.
00:27During the said turnover ceremony, Senator Soto said that more than just bringing it closer to the people, the project is also about bringing hope, compassion and the assurance of public service is alive.
