MCHD - What to expect when trading in your bike

00:00So part of the process here at Motor City Harley-Davidson is we do a really thorough

00:08trade evaluation on top of, again, building rapport, getting all the information from

00:13you up front. You come in and we know whether or not you have a payoff on your trade, what

00:18condition it's in, we take and do a thorough trade appraisal on it, and then we try to

00:22put all of the money into the bike to put you in the best position on the new or used

00:26bike that you're purchasing from us that you can be in.

00:31So talk about what it's like to be like a Hog member, part of the Harley Owners Group.

00:36You know, again, our Harley Owners Group, our Hog Group rides. They are a riding group, which

00:41to me is what it's all about. So it's not just coming to a meeting, it's actually getting

00:46on the motorcycle, riding as a group with your comrades and just having a great time. This

00:51year, to give you an example, there's a big state rally in Tennessee. Some of the riding

00:55that we just talked about, the Dales Gap area, it's going to be right there. So we've got

00:59a big group going down, riding together down to this event. It's a five-day deal. So again,

01:06being in Michigan, kind of flat here, you know, there are some contour, but man, you

01:11get down there in the mountains, the foothills of the Smokies, the Dales Gap, I mean, you're

01:16riding all along the Hawassi and then Teleco. It's just a beautiful area. And if you have

01:21the opportunity, hey man, our Hog Group is a great group of people. They support the dealership,

01:28they help us at events, and that's what it's all about. It's about, you know, maintaining

01:31your relationship with us, being part of the Motor City Harley-Davidson family, and we have
