What’s been your worst experience with flight delays—and how has it changed the way you travel?

00:00Luckily, it's just me, so it wasn't too crazy, so if it was a big family, I'd understand.

00:06There was a guy behind me who'd taken three days to get back.

00:10Yeah, that was... I was listening to his story thinking,

00:13I am so happy that's not me.

00:15Flight delays, I mean, I've had a few.

00:18I've been stuck in airports for, like, up to 11 hours at some points,

00:22but mainly it's to do with the whole thing of checking, like,

00:26all the digitisation of airports.

00:28It's not my favourite thing, but I put up with it

00:34because I know what the end's going to be like.

00:36Flight delays, they're not too bad.

00:39I mean, I've been pretty lucky, really, to be honest.

00:42And he had a couple of hours delay, so it wasn't super bad.

00:46It's been at least five years since I've been by plane,

00:49and, no, it hasn't altered how I feel.

00:55I mean, honestly, it just seems to be

00:57that they don't really know how to schedule it properly.
