With summer approaching, we ask locals to share their worst experiences with flight delays. Has it changed the way they travel, and what do they do differently now to avoid disruption?

00:06I've literally done, you know when you have to do connection flights? That is a

00:11problem because I have cried in an airport before in America because I

00:16desperately needed a connecting flight and they told me that the time that it

00:20took me to get from A to B security that I'd missed my connecting flight and I

00:24I wasn't going for leisure I was going for something important so yeah I cried

00:28in an airport. I must admit I haven't had much experience really of flight delays

00:32recently I think the worst one was when I was coming back from coming

00:37back to England from from Greece and there was a massive delay there 12 hours

00:41or you know something like that yeah. It's changed my travel a lot actually I

00:46had a 24-hour delay in South Korea it was quite tricky to get out of it but

00:53you know there's buses there's ferries things like that so you just got to work

00:57your way around it
