Spronelli (SoloAffitti): "Cresce richiesta di immobili in affitto ma offerta resta stabile"

(Adnkronos) - "Il 43% di chi va in affitto ha dichiarato di andarci per scelta personale. Negli ultimi dieci anni si è passati da un 20% che abitava in affitto a un 30%, tuttavia l'offerta rimane stabile e, di conseguenza, questo squilibrio genera un aumento dei canoni e una difficoltà di trovare casa. Nel 2024 i canoni sono aumentati del 4%, con punte di +13% su Roma, anche per effetto del Giubileo, e Milano, pur in lieve flessione, rimane sempre la città più cara d'Italia”. Così Silvia Spronelli, amministratore delegato di SoloAffitti, intervenendo all’incontro di presentazione dei dati del 16esimo Rapporto sul mercato delle locazioni in Italia di SoloAffitti, svoltosi presso la sala Refettorio della Camera dei Deputati e intitolato ‘Contratti flessibili e più case sul mercato: il futuro dell’affitto.
