00:00The man who claimed to be an NBI agent was arrested in Tondo.

00:04The suspect was killed by a Chinese national in exchange for the freedom of some undocumented nationals

00:19This man was cornered by PASA-IPNP in Tondo, Manila last night.

00:24He was arrested by the STAPA and Usurpation of Authority after claiming to be an NBI intelligence officer.

00:31The suspect's victim is a Chinese businessman named Alia Chen.

00:35The suspect was killed by a Chinese businessman in exchange for the freedom of some undocumented nationals

00:42who were caught by NBI in a KTV bar in Parañaque.

00:47The victim was easily convinced because the NBI member claimed to be the man.

00:52The victim was recovered from here, the 1 million pesos and the new Ford Raptor.

00:56From these items, the last law was 10 million pesos.

01:00The last suspect refused to give a statement.
