00:14He praised the PCG for its role in protecting the nation's water, responding to maritime incidents, and rescuing individuals.

00:23The chief executive highlighted the PCG's significant efforts in inspections and patrols and promised to enhance their capabilities with advanced vessels, technologies, and support systems.
