00:26adding that even if 2026 has not started, they will start working by implementing a new construction materials price data for all projects approved by Congress.
00:37The Secretary also assured that the quality of the projects will not be compromised.
00:42Meanwhile, the reforms in DPWH will also continue with the help of the Transparency Portal and the massive hiring of new personnel, which will begin in January.
