00:30No untoward incidents were recorded by the Philippine National Police or PNP
00:36in connection with the observance of All Saints Day this year.
00:40As a result, according to the PNP, the holiday break was generally peaceful.
00:45Based on the initial assessment of the PNP, common incidents usually reported during this period
00:50such as theft and physical injury decline compared to last year.

01:06the PNP currently has a total strength of 230,560 as of September 30, 2025.
01:14According to Acting PNP Chief Police Lieutenant General Jose Melencio Naratatis Jr.,
01:20the deployment of more than 50,000 personnel proved effective in coordination with other government agencies
01:26to ensure a safe and peaceful observance of the occasion.
01:30Success of our nationwide security operations was not achieved by the PNP alone,
01:37but through the united efforts of the country's frontline security and emergency services
01:45to include our stakeholders, our partners, lalong-lalong ating local government
01:52to meet to hold the different resources, especially in disaster and other responses.
02:00Due to the increased police presence, Naratatis stated that this will serve as their blueprint
02:06for the security deployment plan in the upcoming Christmas season.
02:10The PNP stressed that their target is to achieve zero untoward incidents in the coming Christmas period.
02:16Meanwhile, the PNP Highway Patrol Group has deployed road safety units
02:21to ensure the safe and orderly return of holiday travelers after the 2025 All Saints Day observance.

02:33and set up checkpoints to guide motorists.
