00:00Hello and welcome to Manchester World, I'm Theo Kusinvets and for your explainer today
00:03We're looking at Manchester United, specifically their injury list and why it might be impacting their results under Ruben Amirim
00:08Now I'm a football fan and one of my biggest pet peeves is when teams are expected to keep winning
00:12When they're going through an injury crisis. Tottenham are a good example of this. While Tottenham look like they've escaped their injury turmoil
00:18Manchester United look like they've been thrown into some of their own. The only player on United's bench this weekend with any senior experience
00:24was Viktor Lindelof and Chido Obi Martin, a 17 year old Danish forward with no senior appearances
00:29Was the only man trusted to make an impact off the bench. But Sancho Martinez and Amad Diallo are out for the rest of the season
00:34Kobi Mane who is facing six weeks on the sidelines. Luke Shaw and Mason Mount have been struggling to maintain any sort of fitness
00:40So there's no real knowledge of whether they'll be back and Lenny Uro and Christian Eriksen have both been taken ill
00:44They should be back though soon enough. Backup goalkeeper Altai Bayandir was out last week with Johnny Evans also missing
00:50With all that in mind tell us what you think
00:53Is it right to criticise our own for losses when the squad has such little depth? Let us know and follow Manchester World for more
