00:00This week on the road to 2024, we take you on the biggest political battle of them all,

00:09Narendra Modi vs. Rahul Gandhi.

00:12Now the BJP leadership keeps saying, repeatedly, that Rahul Gandhi is politically irrelevant,

00:17that he's immature, and that what he says doesn't matter.

00:20And yet, every time Rahul Gandhi does attack the government, the entire BJP top brass comes

00:25out to attack him.

00:27So why is it that they do that when they consider him irrelevant?

00:31The latest case in point is when Rahul Gandhi was touring the UK.

00:35Again, the entire top BJP leadership has been attacking him for days on end.

00:39I think there are two reasons for this.

00:41One, that a lot of what Rahul Gandhi is saying is touching a nerve as far as the BJP and

00:46the government are concerned, so they're hitting back.

00:48But also because politically, it suits them to make 2024 a battle between Mr. Modi on

00:54one hand, and Rahul Gandhi on the other.
