00:21Northeast District Police Chief Rozaat Mohamad said authorities were alerted to the incident
00:26at about 1.55pm.
00:30He said the man sustained head injuries from the fall, but was conscious when paramedics
00:35transported him to the Penang hospital at around 2.20pm.
00:45He said there were no elements of criminality and urged the public not to speculate on the
00:50incident.
00:53Police did not disclose the victim's nationality or further details about the circumstances
00:58leading to the fall.
