00:23The first thing you said, it's to bring stability.

00:26A guy that's won a Super Bowl has been to two.

00:29We could say whatever you want.

00:30He's in his 70s.

00:31I get it.

00:32But you have to understand, Joe, this, I'm talking to various teams about the head coaching

00:36list this year.

00:37Not a great list.

00:38Other than Ben Johnson for the second past year.

00:41Last year, he was the guy.

00:42It didn't work out.

00:43This year, he's the guy.

00:44He decided to take that job with Chicago over other jobs.

00:47But it was not a great head coaching list.

00:50And you could say what you want about Pete Carroll, but he knows how to win.

00:53They're going to run the football.

00:55You know that's coming.

00:56They're going to play great defense.

00:57They'll figure out their quarterback position.

00:59But it was interesting with Tom Brady, heavily involved.

01:03He's super involved.

01:05They went with a guy that's really sort of a bridge head coach until they figure out

01:10who's going to be that next guy who's a lot younger.
