00:22But despite the fact that there is no final recommendation from me,
00:28the NFA has a plan which we will announce next week
00:31on the rollout of this NFA rice
00:34once we issue the rice emergency.
00:37A letter of intent has been issued to a lot of LGUs and OGCCs,
00:43to the Armed Forces and to the PNP
00:45so that we can know how many they want.
00:48So it's a matter of rollout.
00:52The stocks are there, the stocks are positioned.
