00:00In other news, the Department of Agriculture, a D.A., assured the Philippines has enough supply of food.

00:06The Agricultural Department issued this clarification after the social weather stations released a survey,

00:11wherein 27.2 percent of Filipinos said they have experienced involuntary hunger in the past three months,

00:18which is the highest percentage recorded since the pandemic.

00:21According to Agricultural Secretary Francisco Tulaurel, Jr.,

00:25the results of the survey, though, may be due to the effect of the dry season last year.
