00:18through a Memorandum of Understanding between Merrimark Grocery Centers, Inc.
00:25In Pasay City, Laurel said that he will sign the resolution so that the National Food Authority
00:33will be able to export rice stocks and sell them to local government units, government agencies,
00:40government-owned and controlled corporations worth P36 per kilo.
00:45It will be sold to consumers worth P38 per kilo.
00:50The DA's target is to export rice stocks by February 2.
00:57According to Assistant Secretary Arnel De Mesa,

01:11the National Food Authority will be the first to export rice to the country.
01:16It is expected that the price of rice will go down if the National Food Authority or NFA starts exporting rice.
