00:09to be acutely a matter of national security,
00:13the kind of matter that does not lend itself
00:18to public discussion.
00:21Actually, I am dismayed that some people who
00:25ought to know better are quite prepared to carry
00:29on this conversation in the public.
00:32I am not of that mind.
00:34And therefore, I will reserve any comments and any efforts
00:40along this line to my communication
00:42with the prison administration and other elements
00:46of national security.
