00:06of arrest, 10 out of 29 respondents in the supposed planting of evidence and mishandling

00:12of a high-profile drug case surrendered to authorities.

00:16Among those who surrendered are a police lieutenant colonel, a police major, a police captain,

00:22a police lieutenant, a police executive master sergeant, and a patrolman.

00:27Nineteen others remain at large.

00:30The Philippine National Police or PNP earlier formed a task force for the service of warrants.
