00:00President Ferdinand R. Marcos, Jr. wanted every Filipino to have access to medical services.

00:07So, in the joint health department, the directive of President Ejecutivo became clear

00:13that the services of PhilHealth should not be stopped in spite of the zero subsidy to the state-owned health insurer.

00:22The President encouraged the DOH to change the focus of the agency from medicine

00:28to prevention of diseases.

00:30The President also emphasized the importance of digitalizing the DOH

00:36to improve the distribution of services to Filipinos.
