00:04That is through the agreement between the Development Bank of the Philippines and the TINGOG Party List

00:11that is formed by the important Republic Rural Financing Health Development Program.

00:17Under the program, the LGUs can borrow from the DPP for the construction or modernization of health care facilities.

00:25The PhilHealth will provide operational support under the National Health Insurance Program.

00:32The TINGOG Party List will help local governments to improve their public health care services.

00:40This program is expected to help in the implementation of the Universal Health Care Act.
