00:07at the OFW Hospital in San Fernando, Pampanga with 200 OFWs and their families.
00:14The project is a tribute to the former DMW Secretary Susan Fruits-Otle,
00:19who has long advocated for more patients with cancer.
00:22It will be held by the Outpatient Department at Cancer Care Center.
00:26The President and officials also led the laying down of time capsules of groundbreaking.
00:32It is supported by DPWH, DOH, DSWD, and other agencies.
00:37The facility has a funding of Php 80 million.
00:40The facility's target is to be completed by November 2025
00:43as part of the expansion of more healthcare facilities.
