We went out into Manchester to find out people’s favourites things to make out of their Christmas Dinner leftovers.

00:03Christmas dinner leftovers. Now in my family we get all the leftover meat for it in a big

00:07oven tray with a bunch of gravy and serve it up with all the trimmings but there are so many

00:11different ways of approaching it. Some people do as friends did with a massive leftover sandwich.

00:16We just want to know what people's leftover recipes are. Let's go see what they say.

00:20There are no leftovers. Oh yeah I eat a lot. We're winners in our family. Obviously you

00:24have the buffets and stuff and you make sandwiches and stuff but I quite like making

00:28patties and stuff like that from them. Interesting. So you think you go generic oh sandwich you make

00:33uh toasty from and stuff like that. No if you've got a load of meat or if you've got

00:37a lot of vegetarian options just chuck it into a blender blitz it up maybe add some more seasonings

00:42and or maybe an egg or something like that to it. You can make it into like a really nice patty.

00:47I just eat something in the morning that I can stay. Pies, sandwiches, toasties,

00:52cake. You're wasted you're wasted. Yeah you know you can make your own like

00:56sour black puddings or white puddings with the stuff and stuff like that.
