00:00Eight Malaysians have filed a class-action lawsuit against Prime Minister Anwar Ibrahim,

00:05the World Health Organization, and 23 others over alleged health complications and deaths

00:11caused by COVID-19 vaccination.

00:13The writ of summons also listed WHO Director General Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus, former

00:19Prime Ministers Muhyiddin Yassin and Ismail Sabri Yaakob, the Health Ministry, and the

00:23government as defendants.

00:25The plaintiffs alleged that they were adversely affected by the government's negligence and

00:29erroneous public health policy, which made vaccination mandatory.

00:34The plaintiffs included the son of a man who died after receiving three doses of vaccine

00:39and a cleaning worker who suffered a stroke after two doses.

00:44They are seeking a total of RM60 million in general, special and exemplary damages.

00:50They are also seeking a court declaration that the COVID-19 virus is fake and man-made.
