Former Bramley school could raise £450k for Leeds City Council

00:17Pew Auctions has listed the property with a guide price of £450,000 plus and said it

00:23is located in a predominantly residential area and features car parking and good road

00:28access.

00:29A council report said that due to the building's Grade 2 listed status it will be costly to

00:34keep in a state of good repair and it's a very large site which requires a lot of energy

00:39consumption.

00:40Pew Auctions believe the property may represent an opportunity for redevelopment or change

00:45of use subject to any necessary consents and the listing details its close proximity to

00:50schools, Bramley Park and Bramley Library.

00:53The auction is scheduled to open on Tuesday 3rd December and will end on the 4th.
