00:00There are many scientific researches that have evaluated the role of homeopathy as a benefit
00:13for the treatment of oncological disease, for example we can remember the work carried
00:20out by Professor Bagoe and his team of doctors in Strasbourg, a multicentric observational
00:27team that has evaluated the effect of homeopathic medicine in terms of the reduction of side
00:36effects due to oncological treatment and has also evaluated and recorded a satisfaction
00:44of the oncological patient in terms of receiving homeopathic therapy in support of oncological
00:53treatment. In fact, a reduction of side effects from 50% to 70% has been recorded in this study,
01:01invalidating nausea, fatigue and chronic fatigue in the part of the group of this study that
01:10has used homeopathy in association with conventional treatments to combat cancer.
01:18Another important scientific evidence to report more recently is the one that has seen
01:25that 98,000 women with non-metastatic breast cancer were involved in the treatment of
01:35mastectomy. This happened in France and it is a retrospective study that, thanks to the
01:41French national health system, has been able to collect the data from the clinical files of these
01:4798,000 women and the attitude of these patients towards homeopathic medicine has been evaluated.
01:56Within these 98,000 patients, there was obviously a part that used homeopathy and another
02:02part that did not use homeopathy while, in short, they were facing this particular life
02:07path and from the results of this study, of this analysis, it emerged that there was an
02:15significant decrease in the number of drugs that patients usually used to combat the
02:22side effects of oncological therapy, while they took homeopathic therapy to deal
02:29with these side effects. Less than 20% of corticosteroids and less than 30% of
02:35antiemetic and antidiarrheal drugs to combat the side effects due to the treatment,
02:41due to the pathology from a digestive point of view. These aspects are important because they
02:48contribute to improving the quality of life of the patient by reducing the side effects
02:52and also increasing adherence to all conventional therapeutic protocols to combat cancer.
