It is narrated from Aisha that when the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) rested on his bed, he would put his two hands together every night, then recite Surah Al-Ikhlas, Surah Falaq and Surah Nas and blow on his hands, then spread them over his body as far as possible. , the Prophet ﷺ would pass his hands over his head, face and the front part of his body and he would do this three timeswould do
