00:16I'm Jacob Barton and I live on a family run farm just outside of Blackburn in Lancashire.

00:28I started my YouTube channel to promote British agriculture in a positive way and show people

00:35how the food was made. The reason why I started promoting this is because at school not many

00:42of my friends knew how it was made. So my opinion is I think that local food, local

00:54British food is the best food because it's higher quality than imported food. A lot of

01:02people don't realise that British farming is what keeps the countryside looking like

01:09it does and look at the views around me.
