00:38Yeah, I think my message to him, when I first spoke to him,
00:43I said, if that's how you are and you won't fail here because of us,
00:47because we'll match your work ethic, we'll be a lot longer than you are
00:50and work a lot harder than you are.
00:51So anyone who comes here won't fail because of a lack of effort
00:54on the coach's part.
