00:00Alright, hi people, it's Chase here, and I'm here to do an unboxing for you guys today
00:05of Mobile Cop's Yvonne, the SD on Blu-ray release from Discoteque.
00:11Meant to do this when it came out, completely slipped my mind that I didn't do it.
00:17I ripped the disc to my PC to save the episodes, and yeah, it completely slipped my mind that
00:25I did not do a video until I was about to do the one for Shider, so yeah.
00:29If you're watching this in the series playlist for the Metal Heroes unboxings, that's gonna
00:35come off as weird in the future, but in upload order, this is coming out before Shider, because
00:40I wanted to keep it consistent.
00:43But yeah, so here we go.
00:49Here we go.
00:50For Mobile Cop, Yvonne, they translated the logo into English, just like all the other
00:55Metal Heroes series thus far.
00:57For the most part, I don't know about Just Beyond, but they definitely did it for the
01:02other ones.
01:03I'm assuming for Just Beyond, though.
01:05All 52 episodes in standard F, because they have not remastered this series into HD yet.
01:11Funny because it was shot on film, and I'm pretty sure they have film masters for each
01:15of the episodes, because I think this was in the 80s, so yeah.
01:20Just like Gavon, Sharivon, and Shider, they should have HD masters, and I'm thinking as
01:26well Just Beyond, but for some reason they haven't done Just Beyond yet, which is weird
01:29because Just Beyond was very popular in Brazil, so you would think that they would want to
01:34do an HD remaster to capitalize on the Brazilian market, but whatever.
01:39But yeah, so we have on the cover here, I'm assuming G-Bond with an explosion behind him,
01:43a monster I believe that he fights in one of the episodes, so yeah.
01:49And then here we go, with the side here, you got G-Bond right there, the logo, the Tokutam
01:56Lebon disc attack, and then the other side, same stuff.
02:00And then the back, a description of the series, G-Bond again right there, screenshots from
02:07the show, G-Bond again right there, and all this stuff is region A, SD on Blu-ray.
02:16The good thing about SD on Blu-ray though, is even though this isn't in HD, you get pretty
02:22much the full quality of standard F that you can get, this is like 1080, no 480i, this
02:28is 480p right there.
02:29So you get all that, you don't get as many if at all any compression problems like you
02:33would on a regular DVD, and you get all the episodes on one disc.
02:37So you know, you don't have to switch out the discs, you just literally have to go to
02:41the episode select.
02:43So yeah, if you have a particular episode you want to watch, and it helps with binging,
02:47so yeah.
02:48Video, 1.33x1, 4x3, 480p, standard F. Audio, Japanese, Dolby Digital 2.0, subtitles in
02:57English.
02:5852 episodes on one disc, 1220 minutes, unrated, so yeah, this is 1989, okay, so yeah.
03:06So here we go, with the Blu-ray case.
03:11Slightly different artwork for the characters, you got the G-Bond logo, you got G-Bond again
03:16right there in a different pose than on the slipcover.
03:19Some more of the monsters, some more characters right there, but yeah, spine's the same, back's
03:27the same.
03:30And here we go.
03:31So here we go with the disc, same pose the G-Bond's in as the cover, same explosion,
03:39same English version of the logo, and on the inside, same stuff as right here, but expanded
03:46with the monster that is on the slipcover.
03:51So that's actually, that's pretty good design right there, pretty good cover design.
03:56So yeah, so yeah, not much else to say, so links in the description and all that shit,
04:05subscribe if you want, and I'll see you guys in the next one.
