00:00Comeback Player of the Year, an award that used to be fun until people whined and cried when Damar Hamlin didn't win last year,

00:05and now, like, I had a friend text me recently and said,

00:08I love Sam Darnold to win Comeback Player of the Year, what do you think?

00:11And I said, well, he can't win.

00:13Like, better chance of- equal chance of me winning,

00:16because the award now states that it goes to someone coming off of injury or illness.

00:21So Sam Darnold can't win, you can't come back anymore from being bad.

00:23So the award is no longer fun.

00:25With that being said, Femi, is anything to be gleaned here from Comeback Player of the Year,

00:30or is it, like, Rogers, Burrow, Cousins?

00:33I think it's that trio.

00:34This award sucks now because of the people that complained about it.

00:37Darnold would've been a great candidate if it was the old rules,

00:39but I'm gonna go Kirk Cousins for my prediction,

00:41just because I think Burrow and Rogers, those guys are kind of seen as, like, above this award,

00:46and I think Cousins is kind of the feel-good story that voters are gonna kind of gravitate towards,

00:50so give me Kirk Cousins, even though this award is now boring.
