The Ministry of Trade and Industry says, there is a new shipping route between this country and Curacao.

It is being operated by Bonaire Company Don Andres N.V in collaboration with local company, Gulf Shipping.

00:13Bonaire Company has 30 years experience in the shipping business.
00:17The Ministry of Trade and Industry says the new route will commence on September 20th
00:22with a service that would operate fortnightly.
00:25According to the Ministry, it will facilitate the movement of goods between TNT and Aruba, Bonaire and Curaçao,
00:32also called the ABC Islands, in under two days.
00:36The Ministry states that this sea route will complement the existing air transportation links
00:41between both islands twice weekly by Caribbean Airlines.
00:45In July, TNT began negotiating a partial scope trade agreement with Curaçao,
00:49which is expected to increase TNT's supply of products to Curaçao's market.
00:54The Trade Ministry says from 2018 to 2022, cumulative exports are valued at approximately $140 million.
