00:00The big notice that we got yesterday that the notice of allegations at least

00:07just a draft detailed things from the NCAA and any potential discipline or

00:13punishments that might be levied against the Wolverines. Again just a draft things

00:18can change but when that report happens it's for a reason to kind of set the

00:23table of what the public and all of college football nationally can expect.

00:28Sharon Moore is one of the few people involved with this sign-stealing scandal

00:33that remains in Ann Arbor. He is the new head coach of the Mays and Blue.

00:38According to this report that ESPN filed yesterday Sharon Moore as of this draft

00:44could be subject to level two violations as a repeat offender to the NCAA and it

00:52could lead to a suspension. You might ask yourself as you read through that report

00:57what exactly is a level one violation? What is a level two violation considered

01:02by the NCAA? It's just the severity. Level one being the highest violation the

01:08most staunch violation that you can make against the NCAA and its rules and

01:13guidelines in place. There was no exact protocol or criteria of then what a

01:19sentence or a discipline follows level one. Is it a three-game suspension? It is

01:24a violation of wins and losses in the record book. Nobody truly knows at this

01:29point there is a potential that Sharon Moore could be suspended for an amount

01:34of time either to start 2024's football season or 2025. Of course his former boss

01:40Jim Harbaugh was suspended for six games last year, three for recruiting violations

01:47and misleading an investigation to start the 2023 campaign for Michigan, three at

01:52the end of the regular season levied by the Big Ten for this sign-stealing

01:57scandal in Ann Arbor. Jim Harbaugh is one of the seven Michigan staff members

02:02named in this potential notice of allegation with a show cause which sets

02:08a certain standard and timeline should Jim Harbaugh ever venture back into the

02:14college football ranks. It also lists other individuals and staff members and

02:20assistant coaches a part of Michigan's program including Conor Stallions, Chris

02:25Partridge who worked on the defensive side of the football, Jesse Mentor the

02:30former defensive coordinator.
