00:00The young leader of UMNO, Dr. Akmal Saleh, is supposed to unite in the issue of six of his MPs,
00:08to divert support to the government,
00:10not to make the Speaker of the House of Representatives as a punching bag for the youth of PKR.
00:16His communication director, Hazi Asfar, said,
00:19although the action of diverting support is not something to be proud of,
00:24but it is necessary to continue to blame Johari Abdul as an accomplice
00:29to the parliamentary institutions that carry out their duties under the law.
00:34On July 9, Johari decided that the six MPs who were elected to parliament
00:39from the union did not need to vacate their seats
00:43based on Article 49 of Section A of the Constitution
00:47which was made to ensure political stability.
00:51They are Syed Abu Hussein Hafiz Syed Abdul Fasal,
00:55Zahary Kecik, Suhaili Abdul Rahman, Muhammad Azizi Abu Naim,
01:00Iskandar Zulkarnain Abdul Khalid, and Dr. Zulkaf Peri Hanafi.
01:05Akmal then questioned Johari's decision not to vacate the seats,
01:10while imitating the anti-party jump act passed in parliament two years ago,
01:16after the people's representatives pledged not to vacate their seats.
01:20In that, Hazi explained that the Speaker made a decision based on
01:24the determination of Article 49A, Section 1 of the Constitution
01:28which only allows the seats to be vacated
01:31if they leave the party voluntarily,
01:34not violate the party's orders voluntarily.
