The City of Lincoln Park has began demolition of the long-vacant Sears at Southfield and Dix roads, with plans for business condos and a Chick-fil-A. It was once the biggest Sears store in the nation.

00:10The building was shuttered in 2018.

00:14That was during Costco and others' fail.
00:17A.F. Joda bought the property and built the company.
00:20They're going to do business condos, including a Chick-fil-A and a car wash, we're told.
