00:00Guinea is a new Guinea, with the changes that have taken place in Guinea since September 2021.
00:07And we are at the heart of a strong state, a state that changes the living conditions of the population.
00:17And so it is this message that we are going to pass on.
00:21Secondly, when we talk about democracy, we also have a message about democracy.
00:26The President of the Republic, His Excellency General de Corde d'Almeria Mamadi Doumouya,
00:31said at the United Nations Tribune that democracy in Africa is singular,
00:37and plural democracy outside of Africa does not work.
00:42And I think that these are the universal values of democracy that must be adapted to each country,
00:48but not transposed from one country to another.
