What have been your experiences of getting or trying to get onto the property ladder?

00:05made me want to scream because I remember, I think it was like 2011 or 2000 somewhere there,

00:10it was like £30,000 which has gone up so much. My dad's into property and he loves all this stuff,

00:17he's always trying to make me read books about property. I personally don't have any interest

00:21in it because I know it's not going to benefit me because I'm never going to be able to get

00:25on that property ladder with the wages and everything. I actually managed to buy my house

00:29two and a half years ago, so that was nice. Since then it's been a bit of a roller coaster,

00:36which is fine I guess. I've been looking for accommodations, it's hard, the prices are

00:42extortionate especially for, you know, I do a low-wage job so it's hard with finding prices

00:51around here, places, and the ones you find are not even good if that makes sense, they just look

00:57like battered down rooms and stuff.
