00:12 And hopefully I'll put some more money into the NHS to make it work more efficiently.

00:20 I just generally think at the moment they've just got a hell of a mess to clear up.

00:30 The economy has to be stable.

00:34 We need to improve defence spending, we need to improve health spending, education spending.

00:45 I don't have the answers as to how that could be achieved within the economy.

00:50 I don't know enough to have a really educated opinion about it, to be honest.
