Brazilian senator Flavio Bolsonaro and his family arrived in Miami in the United States on Wednesday (Oct 28) morning, where the US government said it will grant them entry visas after he refused to comply with a Brazilian Supreme Court order to surrender his passports.

Bolsonaro, who lost the Oct 25 presidential run-off election to Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva, left Brazil after the court order concerning Bolsanaro's money laundering case.

Bolsonaro, his wife and their two daughters disembarked from the Gulfstream G400 at Miami-Opa Locka Executive Airport before leaving in a vehicle.
