00:15The court fixed the hearing date during case management on Friday.
00:19The court also set July 15th as the final case management date.
00:23In September last year, the Kinabatangan MP and Zizi were acquitted
00:28after the Kuala Lumpur High Court allowed their revision applications to overturn the Sessions Court ruling.
00:34In September 2022, the Sessions Court ordered the couple to enter their defence for corruption charges
00:41involving RM2.8 million relating to FELCRA investment.
00:47Bung Mokhtar, the then-FELCRA non-executive chairman, was charged in 2019 with two charges of accepting bribes
00:55as an inducement to obtain FELCRA approval to invest RM150 million in public mutual unit trusts in 2015.
01:05Zizi was charged with three counts of abetting her husband.
