00:23report by Urbanite Leeds Limited said the student housing scheme ran into complications.
00:28The current proposals could see the construction of office space, a drinking establishment
00:34and health clinic on the northern parts of the site. A third plot near Armley Gyratory
00:40and the River Eyre could be built upon by another developer.
